What is not billed
There is no seat fee or citation fee. External systems decide whether to cite a page, and Chamter does not charge for that outcome.

Is Chamter really free?
Yes. Your first three intent pages are free. No credit card is required. Publication makes each page readable and citable, but it cannot guarantee an external citation.
Can I buy more pages?
Not yet. Additional page credits are in development. There is no checkout or charge today, and pricing will be shown before purchases open.
What is an "intent"?
One buyer question you want to be the answer for, like "Korean vitamin-C serum, EU-compliant supplier." Each intent is a page AI can cite. Most companies have five to ten that matter; you start with your top three free.
Is outbound included?
Outbound is in development and is not included in the live product. No outbound usage is billed today.
What stops someone farming free pages?
Corporate email plus domain verification, one company, one workspace. This protects the free allowance and identifies who may control that company's pages.
